Let me roll the opening credits and give you the backstory.

I'm the founder of 3LightTalent. But before this, I ran 3LightMedia, a global production company that's worked with brands like JustEat, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Exponea.

Along the way, I hired thousands of creatives.

Editors. Stylists. Actors. DOPs.

And once, even a guy who could fall off a ladder really convincingly.

Somewhere between the briefs, the bookings, and the back-and-forth, one thing became glaringly obvious:

Finding talent shouldn't be this hard.

After wrestling with just about every casting platform out there, and hearing the same gripes from actors, models, and casting directors, I realised the system needed, well, a rewrite.

Clunky platforms.

Outdated tools.

High costs.

And not nearly enough support for emerging talent.

After one too many late-night rants and "there has to be a better way" moments, I decided to do something about it.

Cue the lightbulb moment, yes, pun fully intended.

I created 3LightTalent to make things easier, for both sides of the camera.

A platform that connects casting directors and talent effortlessly, without the usual riffraff.

And thanks to some clever AI tools and an incredibly passionate team, we've built something that finally feels like it belongs in this industry.
