We always process personal data on a lawful basis, which may be the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, your consent, or a legal obligation. Where we process special category data, such as ethnicity or health and disability information provided as part of a casting profile, we do so only with your explicit consent, which you give separately and can withdraw at any time.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricted, role-based access, encryption of data in transit, and secure, reputable hosting.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed, and we delete it in line with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy. Certain records, such as billing and accounting records, are kept for longer where the law requires.
