Giveaway Terms

The promoter is 3lighttalent (the "Promoter").

2.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 To be eligible for entry and to remain eligible to win any prize, entrants must:

• Successfully register an account with 3LightTalent on or before 20 February 2026 at 23:59 (GMT);
• Follow @3lighttalent on Instagram at the time of winner verification; and
• Remain a registered member of 3LightTalent for a minimum continuous period of 30 days following sign-up.

2.3 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any persons professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and to disqualify entries that do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Entry is achieved by signing up to 3LightTalent during the entry period and meeting all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 All eligible individuals who sign up during the entry period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No further action is required to enter.

3.3 No purchase is necessary.

3.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, entries made using multiple accounts, or entries generated through automated means will be disqualified.

4.1 The promotion opens on Sunday 8 February 2026 at 00:01 (GMT)

4.2 The promotion closes on 20 February 2026 at 23:59 (GMT). Entries received after this time will not be valid.

5.1 Grand Prize – Trip to Hollywood

• 5.1.1 One (1) winner will receive a trip to Hollywood, Los Angeles, USA.
• 5.1.2 The prize includes:
  • Return economy flights from a major UK airport to Los Angeles;
  • Accommodation for a fixed number of nights, determined by the Promoter; and
  • A contribution towards essential travel costs, determined by the Promoter.
• 5.1.3 The exact travel dates, accommodation, itinerary and inclusions will be determined by the Promoter and are subject to availability.

5.2 Exclusions

The prize does not include:

• Travel insurance;
• Passport, visa, ESTA or related costs;
• Meals, spending money or personal expenses;
• Transport to and from the UK departure airport; or
• Any costs not expressly included in clause 5.1.2.

5.3 Additional Prizes

• 5.3.1 Additional prizes may include vouchers, tickets, equipment, experiences or 3LightTalent-exclusive features.
• 5.3.2 Career-specific prizes will be allocated based on the career category selected at sign-up.

6.1 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.2 Winners are responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize.

6.3 The Grand Prize winner must hold a valid passport and meet all applicable US entry requirements.

6.4 If a winner is unable to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.

7.2 The draw will take place after the 30-day membership requirement has been satisfied.

8.1 Winners will be notified via the email address used at sign-up within 7 days of the draw.

8.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9.1 By entering, winners agree to the use of their name and career category for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise.

10.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion where necessary.

11.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
